Middle and High School Athletic Registration
Instructions for 2024-2025 Registration
A New Online Registration will be used for the 2024-25 school year. Students may not participate in any practice or competition until the registration process is completed and confirmed.
You may begin Online Registration Process by clicking (HERE) and look for the Athletic Team Registration Icon to begin.
Addition information before registration:

Registration: The first step will be creating a family account. Please keep track of your account information as you will need it for future registrations. Each family will have only one account; multiple family members may be registered under the same account.

Concussion and Sudden Cardiac Arrest: As part of the process, you will acknowledge that you have read and understand the Concussion and Sudden Cardiac Arrest information. You will have opportunity to review and/or print this information within the registration process if you wish.

Athletic Code: As part of the process, you will acknowledge that you have read and understand the athletic code. You will have opportunity to review and/or print the athletic code within the registration process if you wish.

Fees: An athletic fee will need to be paid to the LMHS office and/or online in Skyward before athletes can participate in competition.

Sports Physical forms are still done in paper format (click here). If you are unsure of your athlete’s sports physical status, please contact Athletic Assistant, Nikki Viegut, (715-532-5531 ext 21000). Sports physicals are valid for up to two years.
If you have had a physical recently, you can upload it into the registration process. (Scan a copy or take a picture and save on your computer or device). If you prefer, you may submit a paper copy to the LMHS office instead.
