Welcome to our Facility Reservations Site.  Please review our Facility Rental Fees form on the right-hand side before you complete your request. Please note that all request are subject to availability. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Nikki Viegut nviegut@sdlwi.org or at 715-532-5531 ext. 21000. Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Individuals, groups, and organizations are individually and collectively liable for the use of these facilities. Such liability includes, but is not limited to, any bodily injuries or damage to or loss of property arising out of this agreement. It is advisable for facility users to obtain limited insurance to cover their particular liability and potential loss due to damage of this facility and equipment; approved users would be held responsible for any loss. The District reserves the right to request proof of insurance. Alterations to the building or building property, must have prior written approval of the building administration. It is understood that the individual submitting the request is authorized to act on behalf of the organization, as identified above and the authorized signature below binds the individual and the organization to the terms of this agreement and applicable policies of the Board of Education. In addition, all facilities shall be clean and left in the same condition as they were found. Failure to comply may result in additional custodian charges. All CANCELLATIONS must be made one week in advance or charges may accrue.
