Welcome to Ladysmith Elementary School

Welcome, Ladysmith students and parents/guardians to the Ladysmith Elementary School family!

I am very excited to begin my second year here as the elementary principal of the Ladysmith Elementary. This is the start of my 15th year in education and I could not be more proud for it to be here in Ladysmith! 

I believe that all students have a great potential to learn, and I look forward to being a part of the process they embark on when planning their futures. We will be a consistent force in bringing together the students, families, and community members to produce a school culture of positive behavior. I believe by working together we can help teach students to be well rounded in school and in the community.

I plan to guide the Ladysmith Elementary School to be a safe, respectful and responsible learning environment for all students. We will provide each learner with academic and behavioral support so that they can achieve their full potential. In doing this we will be using the equitable multi-level systems of support model. We are dedicated to empowering ALL students to achieve their best. 

I encourage you to stay in close contact with your child’s teacher to see how you can help support your student’s learning career. The partnership between home and school is crucial for student success.
